Volunteer litter picking scheme

April 11, 2019

Tewkesbury Borough Council support individual residents aged 18 or over who would like to carry out regular litter picks in an area they have nominated.

Volunteers are completely independent, but they can be confident that they are part of a large group of like-minded individuals, and with support if ever it is needed.

Volunteers are provided with appropriate equipment in return for committing to look after a particular area within the borough.

If you are interested in the scheme you can register your interest on line and you will be contacted by an officer from Tewkesbury Borough Council who will have an informal chat and arrange a convenient time to do a health and safety induction to the scheme.

Once you have had the induction and received your kit you are good to go.

Please complete their registration form via the website address below and they will be in touch.   If you would like further details please contact TBC on 01684 272364.
